After an impressive win against Repton in their last outing, Ben Rhydding Women were faced with a very tough away fixture away at Beeston. Unfortunately, within the first few minutes Beeston were gifted their dream start following a dubious short corner decision, and from then on Ben Rhydding struggled to get a foothold in the game with Beeston finishing eventual winners.

There was still positives to be found with Phoebe Owen making her national league debut, with an immense amount of courage and talent I have no doubt she will be a fantastic addition to our attack.

Whilst not the performance we were hoping for, the team is looking forward and are excited by the opportunity to show their true selves and response against Buckingham this Saturday at home (13:30 pb) - and hopefully we can do so for as many supporters as we can muster, your support is invaluable!
